Shipping Fees & Order Information
Orders can only be facilitated within Australia and New Zealand.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include the Australian GST.

Australia
Orders under $200 attract a flat shipping fee of $10.50. Orders over $200 will be posted free of charge. Please allow up to 7 working days from the time you submit your order for delivery.

New Zealand
Before ordering, you need to create a user account and enter your New Zealand address. This will remove Australian GST from your order.

Postage costs are calculated according to total weight of the products ordered. This cost is calculated after the order has been processed and you will be notified of the additional cost by email.

New Zealand customs charges are applicable to all orders. To help you understand the possible charges you may incur please visit www.customs.govt.nz.

Please allow up to 12 working days from the time you submit your order for delivery. All orders are sent airmail using Australia Post.

First Time Aesop Users

If you are a first time user of Aesop or you are experimenting with new Aesop products we recommend you visit an Aesop store or an Aesop retailer for a face-to-face consultation. If this is not possible, please call one of our stores to receive advice over the phone. A consultation will ensure your product choice is appropriate for your skin type.

Online orders must be paid by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express.

We offer two payment methods;
1. Online credit card payment
2. Credit card over the phone (please ensure you provide a daytime telephone number)

Gift wrapping, with our refined Aesop wrapping paper, is available upon request.

Requests for gift wrapping and other special requests should be included in the Notes field before you submit your order.
